About

In 2017, James acquired a small plumbing company with just three employees. Since then, he has grown it into Coastal Mechanical, a company of 60 full-time employees spanning three divisions — Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC. As Owner, he oversees the company's operations, guiding both the day-to-day business and its long-term growth. James holds a Bachelor's degree from UMass Amherst and a Master's degree from Regis College. Outside of work, James lives with his wife, their two young sons, and their black lab, Rudy, who also serves as the office's emotional support dog. He's also an avid golfer who enjoys designing and building golf simulators.
