My stepmother's furnace had a clogged heat exchanger that required either a repair or whole furnace replacement. I was able to work with their maintenance manager, Rob, to schedule a warranty replacement of the heat exchanger, which saved a lot of money versus an entire new furnace. Due to her age, this was the best option at the time. Their workman arrived on time and got the job done in a professional and timely fashion. This was important, as my 101-year-old stepmother would have gotten cold had they not done it quickly. We will be shifting all of our future service to them as they performed well. Many thanks.
